Have been going here to buy our children's shoes over the last year. Always very helpful with friendly staff - a huge asset to the company. They didn't have the correct size for my eldest but ordered them and made sure they rang us. We only waited 2 days to be able to get them. It is our first port of call for shoes. Plus I was able to get a very comfortable pair of shoes for my professional job. Recommended.

I went to this shop to get my son some new school shoes. He's normally a bit fussy about his shoes but there was a fantastic selection and he chose some almost immediately. He was measured by Annette who was really helpful and great with my son. I would highly recommend this shop. Thank you so much for making shopping with children easy.

Bought some lovely boots here last week but I was concerned about size and colour but thought I will take them home and see how they were . No one mentioned that refunds are not given in this store only credit note or exchange ! Furious as the shop assistant aware of my concerns with sizing .
So shop assistant lovely but this shop is no longer on my list for shopping as I live in Llandudno and often buy my shoes here that’s their lost .
Apparently I am not the only customer to be caught unawares .

After travelling around Chester looking for appropriate shoes for a toddler with problems with her ankles we had no luck, so we phoned this Llandudno store.

Brilliant advice over the phone so we drove over, really good knowledgable staff who measured our toddler’s feet and and got shoes with the right ankle support.

Brilliant shop and staff, and will now use for the children’s shoes.

Visited the store with my nephew for his first pair of startrite shoes. Customer service was excellent, staff where friendly and very knowledgeable about the brand and fitting. Will definitely be back for his next pair.

AMAZING shoes, really beautiful. Great quality and are padded slightly inside which means they are really comfortable. I had an issue with the delivery, which was not the retailer's fault and they kept me informed of what was happening and posted me a replacement pair very promptly. I would absolutely recommend this retailer for service and quality.

Went here to buy some shoes for my daughter who has larger than average width feet. Has special needs and the staff made our experience reassuring and got a quality shoe which I could not find anywhere else.

I love this shop, very helpful friendly staff, and lots of choice of whatever you're looking for, also stocks quite a few different makes, well worth a visit.
