Not especially helpful. The younger lady was pleasant, the older lady quite abrupt. Neither suggested alternatives so guessing the tourists keep things going without good customer service. Shop had a reasonable selection but limited sizes

Visited this shop when touring North Wales. Very friendly, helpful staff & so many pairs of gorgeous boots. ( I have an unhealthy love of boots!). Obviously I left the shop clutching a pair and would definitely recommend

Very similar experience to another customer review 4 months ago. Younger lady friendly, older lady unfriendly and unhelpful. My elderly mother was looking for alternatives to slippers, she would have happily paid their prices had she been assisted more , in fact she was told they had nothing more they could offer her! They've only got 2 stars because of the friendly lady else I'd have given 1 star for just being open

Buyer beware, bad experience. Would have given zero stars if I could. Bought some nice boots as a Xmas present. Told they don't give gift receipts. Unwrapped Xmas day, needed a slightly bigger size. Contracted covid for Xmas so couldn't return to shop until self isolation finished. Shop staff fine, but owner didn't want to know. Just stated they had a 5 day return policy, so no swap, no refund for a pair of £62 pair of boots. Avoid if possible.

Dreadful experience. As soon as I entered the shop I was approached by a staff member who rushed up to me to inform me that dogs were not allowed into the shop. I offered to pick up my Yorkshire terrier sized pooch but was told that it was company policy that dogs weren't allowed. What do they expect owners to do? Tie them up to a lamp post on the street? With the number of dog thefts now that would never even cross my mind! The shop lost the potential for the sale of 2 x pairs of sandals with their 'no dogs' policy. They sell shoes not food.!

If I could put zero I would.
My negative review was removed from their Facebook page.
I too am exempt. I was asked to leave. They took no notice of my lanyard. Dismissed any exemption. Actually, all disabled people have to wear masks.
I have never felt so humiliation. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

I've been a regular customer here but my daughter who has epilepsy and special needs wasn't being perfect but the women that served us, who knew our daughter, was very short with us. Didn't want our custom. We won't be shopping here again. I try and support small businesses but if they cant be bothered to accommodate people with special needs and give us good customer service why should we bother. Also not good if you are disabled as their are boxes of shoes in the doorway so no access for wheelchair users.

Went in the store to purchase a pair of Ryder flip flops, went to the till to pay & was asked if I had a mask, explained I was exempt & was asked could I stand at the shop door!! I handed them back & will purchase them online instead. People wonder why the high streets are dying when they have people being treated like second class citizens.
If you happen to be exempt from mask wearing go somewhere else & save yourself the embarrassment of being asked to wait at the door.
