Another flawless visit, purchased school shoes for my daughter and the lady who fitted her shoes was friendly and patient. Usually have a good selection of shoes in stock but always happy to order some in if they don't have the size. Always a good experience.

My partner bought a hand bag from here Caerphilly store within a week the coating flaked off my partner lost her receipt and the girl refused point blank to do anything and the manager acted dumb I told them they could trace the transaction by her bank details but she said she could not do it !! Utter rubbish would never buy a clarks hand bag they arerubbish stay away buy why would you buy a hand bag from a shoe shop !!

You just know with Clarks, you pay more for pair of shoe, but you also know they are going to last and are also quality.

Super friendly and really helpful staff. They helped me even though I'd popped in late, and their advice and recommendations were spot on. The lovely shoes I bought have really helped with my plantar fasciitis. :)

Got measurements for my daughter for her first shoes really good but expensive

Great 4 measuring kids feet but they was nothing 4 our boy as he's an adult size 6. The shoes are quality but expensive. Staff were fab, though.

Nice place helpful friendly staff clean shop great footwear some are expensive but they are quality tho they do have good sales tho well worth popping in and see what they have got
