Ordered with next day delivery, in time for the start of school. Not delivered, told the warehouse is behind because of bank holiday. Odd, you still took my money for next day delivery. Maybe put some plans in place, you must be busy 31st August.
Guy on the phone accepted no responsibility and made me feel like I should have guessed it. Won't be coming back, don't count on them!

0 stars. Poor sizing and dreadful Customer Service
I would have actually given this company no stars for customer Service but not the option. I order 2 pairs if shoes using the online measuring guide. One was to small and narrow the other was to big and very wide. Raised a return as instructed and using the returns label issued. Waited 14 days no refund. Was going to call customer services but it a premium rate number so emailed instead. They advised no record of the returns. Had to send my proof of returns receipt. Then was told to wait a further 5 days to receive my refund. Again no refund. After several more emails and more confirmation I will be getting a refund nothing. Raised a dispute with PayPal and finally recieved my money. Avoid this company.....

Awful service, took money quick enough for next day delivery but never dispatched shoes until asked for order to be cancelled as not received. Lied and said they refunded postage charge, ignored receipt of returned goods until chased up and now waiting for a refund which will probably never arrive.
Poor excuses for poor service.

Purchased a pair of shoes for my grandson for the start of term September 2021, as of now at February half term these shoes have come apart at the front of the shoe, which are not now waterproof, disappointed as they are supposed to have a 12 month indestructible guarantee.

Great long lasting shoes for my son. Treads shoes take everything my son throws at them, and when he outgrows them, they still look almost new. Previously, he could wear a pair of black school shoes out in one term!

I returned the shoes I ordered on 22nd September via their Hermes returns, and now 8th October, I still haven't received a refund.

Returning for our 3rd pair of indestructible shoes they definitely last longer than any others we have bought

I had to send them back because of the bad sizing they look wide but aren't and even took out all soles and still barely fit me
