ECCO Cardiff

Great quality shoes that won't fall apart after a year like most other places. Most comfortable I've ever worn because they really fit my foot properly, and they stock .5 sizes.
They are quite pricey but often have big reductions in the sales. They also have an outlet website that's worth checking out.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who aren't pushy.

Great service from a very friendly lady called Alice. It's a big place with enough space and it is very clean with good bright light. Shoes are very, very expensive and unfortunately rather pointed in the front. Not good for slightly wider feet. Some are highly overpriced for what you get. Still I bought a pair in the sale.

Always great to go shopping in Cardiff and the Ecco footwear shop has some of the nicest staff you could possibly want to be serving you.

Absolute garbage. I bought one pair, and the shoe laces ripped through the leather after 4h of wear. They exchanged the shoes, and the new pair suffered the exact same defect after 6h. Worse, ECCO head office refuse to exchange their defective garbage and demand that I travel all the way to Cardiff to get an exchange.

visited the store for the first time time for a fitting only, I just wanted to know what my size is with ECCO as different brands vary

Staff were friendly and helpful but there was a fairly limited selection available and not in all sizes. They did apologise for the limited selection due to the ongoing delivery issues affecting many businesses at the moment.
