Great staff but the range of school shoes has gone severely downhill in quantity, quality and design. What happened?

My son recently needed to get some shoes.....okay so we turned up with a pram, Straight away the staff offered to put the push chair safe for us, we walked upstairs and where greeted by the members of the staff upstairs in the child section, they where warm n friendly, in a friendly way they checked both of our sons feet, and showed us the shoes, we chose the ones he liked, they retrieved the sizes, allowed him to try them on, three sets I think, and we purchased. The patients, and understanding and knowledge and service provided by the staff was brilliant.

This review is about Hannah. She showed exceptional customer service and has acknowledged us while she was dealing with another customer, when we walked in. She was a pleasure to deal with, happy, positive and hardworking. She turned this trauma (male in shopping...) into pleasure. Hannah should be recognized and rewarded by the company. Thank you Hannah:)!!!

We took four children, whose ages ranged from 3-14 to get fitted for new school shoes on 03.08.22. Ash who served us, was brilliant! He was great with all the children. He was very thorough and informative when he was measuring their feet and fitting their shoes. He was very personable and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Took little granddaughter to have feet measured for the first time. The staff member who measured her was very good, patient and obviously very used to small children. Lovely selection of shoes and trainers, not cheap, but they look well made and as though they will last and having properly fitting shoes is a must. Thank you Clark💐

Bought my granddaughter her 1st pair of shoes today, great shoes, great service, as always with Clarkson plus you get what you pay for.

Helpful knowledgeble staff. Nothing in the black friday sale but as a disabled person i bought a pair of quality expensive shoes. They were a half size too big so they included a pair of insoles to make it a better fit for my swolen feet. #appreciated.

Took ages to get served upstairs, then they didn't have the random size, and couldn't order it.
Clarks outlet online is better and cheaper👌
