We were served by Gracie today and my husband and I were in the shop close to closing time with very hyper 2, 3 and 4 year olds. My oldest was looking for new school shoes and trainers. Gracie was extremely professional and knowledgeable as well as dealing with our (normally perfectly behaved) children who were quite rambunctious to say the least! Gracie went out of her way to help my son find the right style and fit and I thought she handled the children very well. I was very pleased with her customer service and the found out it was her first ever day working there. I would highly recommend this shop as just a couple of weeks another lady called Kate was exceptionally helpful in assisting my daughter with new shoes. When they didn't have the desired shoes in stock, Kate picked up on my daughter's love of mermaids and sold her some beautiful 'Ariel' purple and green shoes.

Amazing experience. My son has additional needs and feet measuring has been stressful in the past. Isabelle took us to the back room which was much more calming for him. Great staff, a calm experience. Cannot praise highly enough.

The young meet & greet man, needs to learn customer people skills, found him very rude, when you spend £52 on school shoe's, I was not happy at the way he asked us to move seats, no explanation,

Good. Quite expensive shoes, but very good quality. I find it is a little hit and miss as to whether staff are good at interacting with little ones while measuring their feet. Surely they should be trained in how to deal with a child who is a little nervous at this?

Popped in for school shoes. Staff were great. No waiting about. Helpful. Brought a good range for my son to try on. Listened to what he was saying and we came away with the perfect foot ware for him.

What an amazing experience today, went in to get some boots for my little girl, after her old ones had started to get a bit snug and the zip was playing up on them. The young girl who saw us very patient and really helpful, despite my girl wanting to run around everywhere, Lannee (I think that was her name) kept her calm when measuring and was very professional throughout. I love Clark's, there is literally nowhere better to take kids for shoes, will be back again in a couple of months for her next pair! Thank you Clark's Broughton for a great retail experience.
