Bought Sybil gold mule slippers. I thought that they were on the small side but, after wearing for half an hour, they had molded to my feet comfortably, so give them time if you have the same feeling. The slightly raised heel is more comfortable than a dead flat shoe. For the price, they are good. Delivery was quick.

If I could rate 0 stars I would - stay clear of this company - worst shoes ever! I brought some shoes for my other half as a Christmas present and the soles inside have started to come apart after just 2 weeks of wear. I contacted the company explaining this and they have said they would refund me £10 if I send them back but I would have to fork out for the postage, they wouldn't refund this. The customer service I received is absolutely appalling! Nothing but blame onto the customer. Considering the company is called 'brookfield comfort' - it's a bit ironic that my other half has said how UNCOMFORTABLE they are.
Absolutely disgusted by this company and will be avoiding them at all costs.

Excellent company to deal with from ordering to receiving the sippers I ordered. Had a problem with one pair and the issue was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Will definately use again and would reccomend to friends.

Excellent customer service given by Andreas who went above and beyond to help get my order sooner than I initial lead time advised. Very communicative, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. Shoes are very comfortable. Will be visiting site again in the future. Thank you.

My wife's Birkenstocks lasted only 3 months before the sole became detached from the upper - or vice versa. This store is suggesting - after my having gone to the effort of sending them back - to chuck them in the bin! Birkenstocks have a 2 year warranty!!!! Zero stars if possible........And before you come back with - "they came back in a disgraceful condition...!" these have only been used moderately over that period of time!!!! Terrible quality!!!
