It's the perfect place for unique gifts a pampering and tea and cake. A small shopping center in the beautiful village of Wickham, well established and clean and tidy. The staff are friendly, wheelchair accessible and very clean toilets. Chocolate shop is amazing! Tea room has very well priced food and the gift shop has beautiful jewellery. What a fine place.

Visited the tea room as Lilleys didn't want our custom. Very friendly staff who were able to be flexible about my selection as I am vegetarian. We had a very pleasant breakfast/brunch with excellent service and a peaceful environment and also very good value

The cafe was clean, but - even though it was largely empty (only two other tables had customers) - it took five minutes before the waiting staff left the kitchen to see who had come into the cafe, and a further fifteen minutes before we were served... which, for two scones, a slice of pre-cut cake, and a very basic sundae was excessive. The scones were extremely dry and the sundae was a tin of fruit cocktail tipped into a glass with a couple of scoops of ice-cream and some chocolate sauce. Sadly, this is the sort of cafe that gives British customer service such a bad name, and which puts tourists off visiting the area. What a disappointment.

Fantastic tea room with friendly, helpful staff. My partner is ceoliac, so we needed somewhere who offered 'Gluten Free' options. We booked a table for 8 for breakfast on mothers day and they went out of their way to make sure they had gluten free bread and sausages in for her. Highly recommend!

The little shopping section of Bay Tree was really cute and vintage like. There was a lot off chocolate options. My grandmother LOVES violet choclates and you can't get them from many places. BUT We found some here and she was delighted.

Spent a wonderful day wondering round the various shops to find unique items for my home. Very friendly teams happy to chat and help with ideas if needed. Found the perfect items for myself and some lovely gifts for friends and family. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Such a beautiful little shopping 🛍 experience mostly for the ladies 🚺.
Has a T room where two crumpets and butter will set you back £4.
But there's a public house 🏠 across the street.

Plenty of travellers around at certain times ⏲ of the year.
Prices going up unfortunately.
