Good range of cafes and restaurants including Bill's, Pret and others. The arcade was clean and well presented and gives access to the Underground station so is well situated for easy access.

Visited Bill's within the Kensington Arcade. Bill to a number of Bill's around London and always had a good experience.
I asked for the gluten free menu. Normally you would see the steak on this menu but it wasn't there. I asked the server, would it be possible to get the steak as it wasn't mentioned on the gf menu. He said don't worry I will sort it out. I asked about the fries and he mentioned they have a separate frier so no contamination.
I ordered the pea soup with gluten free bread for starters which was amazing. For mains, the 10oz rump steak. The server did say it would take 15-20 mins to prepare which was fine. When the stake arrived, I noticed fried onions on top of the steak. From past experience, I know if it is bought they normally coat it in flour, to bulk it up and to make it crisper. I asked if they were gluten free onions on top of the steak, they went way to check, it did have gluten so they apologized and took it away 10-15 mins later they came back with my main.
At the end they were great as they did not charge me for my mains as they got it wrong. Very nice!

I like it apart from when you're coming out of the tube and there is too much huddle in the indoor forecourt area! People take too long getting their tickets on the machine, you could be waiting over 10 minutes minimum.

It was the revamped branch of Boots that I visited. So much better than before and better than the newish branch in Brompton Road.

Some nice cafés and entrances leading to big shops like M&S, Boots, etc. You'll go through here for the London Underground.

Seems like a pretty decent place. Popped into Fabrique for some cinnamon & Cardomon buns. Also is the entrance to High Street Kensington Station.

I attended a hearing test appointment @ Boots Hearcare inside the Arcade. Kensington is a nice area but quite busy and active.
