Amazing centre in Epsom full of shops and cafes, something for everyone.

I enjoyed walking about, it feels safe with procedures in place and security. In the current climate of the pandemic, fantastic to see how the owners have really thought about our safety while we are all out shopping.

A place to spend time in the many shops on offer, have a coffee relax and wander. It also has a car park, easy to get to from the town centre. Nice to see consumer confidence is building backup, support local, shop local.

Stay safe follow the well publicised signs to keep social distance.

Friendly vibe with super new art gallery, food shops, cafes, and easy access for all.

Many shops have closed. There is very little there that warrants a visit. The main shops that are still there and vaguely useful are Waitrose, Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barrett and Sports Direct. The Muffin Break is fairly pleasant for a coffee and cake. There is a carpark but quite expensive.

Could be loads better. Some shops have gone which is such a shame, H&M being the latest one to go, but I still enjoy shopping here.

Fabulous shopping centre with an amazing art gallery! ArtHouse gallery is now relocated opposite WH Smith. New artists. Affordable high quality art from professional artists. All budgets.

Small shopping centre with a number of great shops. They had a Christmas art sale there in one of the closed shopping units. It had some great art work you could buy. The shopping centre also had a pop up bakery where you could buy giant sweet treats such as giant glazed donuts a giant yumyums etc. It was fairly busy when I was there but it was worth a visit.

I recently visited on a Saturday and used the car park. As a disabled driver the location of spaces was great but sadly that’s where the positive review ends.
There are 3 small passenger lifts which were all working but are not big enough for the poor people on mobility scooters waiting to use them - numerous times they stopped and those passengers were unable to get in (I was lucky to be able to squeeze in after a few waits as a walking person).
There are also two larger lifts opposite but one was out of order - I’m not sure if the other one was allowed to be used, but it was stuck on the third floor and didn’t respond to pressing the button.
Going back to the car park the queues again for the lifts were really large and so I attempted to walk up the stairs (needed my inhaler) only to then find the pay machine was not working! This one was the only one on the floor (so would require more walking to another level to find another machine) and also one of the few that took cards. The gentleman was trying to repair it and after a while succeeded, but I do feel the lift access and availability of pay machines needs to be looked at to attract shoppers
