Worst filthiest toilets in a shopping centre I’ve ever been in. All either blocked or no paper. Only 1 wash basin working. Absolutely appalled. No decent shops loads empty units. Really disappointed for such a lovely town to have such a empty/filthy centre if I could leave a minus rating I would have

No shops for actual shopping, plenty of places to grab a coffee disappointed. Used to love Welwyn garden city but with Debenhams, marks and Spencer's, next and others now closed there isn't a reason to go there for.

Plenty of shops, calm for a Saturday. Great toy shop. A lot of empty spaces available which would hopefully be new businesses soon

Dead town... lots of empty units. Apart from the entertainer and h&m not much point in visiting. Eerie atmosphere as well... so quiet.

Lovely little mall that opens up to the train station on one side, and the town centre shops on the other side. M&S recently closed. There's only 2 floors of shops. Starbucks and Muffin break are lovely on the 1st floor.

Sadly, since the loss of M&S Next, Top Shop and Miss Selfridge, its just not the same.
The large H&M is worth a visit, small Boots ok for essentials and a handful of other ok shops but otherwise, its more or less the entrance to the train station

It's ok. Lacks anchor stores now M&S & Next have left. Apart from H&M all other stores are pretty small. Very quiet.

Avoid when damp. The roof leaks and entrance matting is not fit for purpose. The floor gets very wet & dangerous with no slip resistance. I slipped over in here today & hurt my hip - thankfully I'm fairly young and didn't break anything

Half the shops are vacant too, it's all rather depressing!
