Dropped off a couple of item returns via Hermes. The staff handled the basics alright but lacked the knowledge to assist in a problem that occurred. The solution offered wasn't really feasible but luckily I figured it out on my own.

You can drop your hermes parcels off here, but don’t expect any help from the staff. Despite lack of other customers most of the times it can still be quite a bit slow to get served, plan for an extra 5 minutes. Service at the other news on the wharf (ups drop off) next to the DLR station near Canada square is a bit better.

Incompetent and lazy person behind the counter. Refused to pass a parcel because her poor soul was the only one working at the till WHILE THERE WAS NO OTHER COSTUMERS IN LINE 🤣

Just had a terrible experience when picking up a parcel. They wouldn’t help me at all and threw me out of the store when the store was closing and I hadn’t yet gotten any help or service. Horrible customer service and workers. Please go to any other store if you’re able to.

Store opened up 30 minutes late and the employee was rude and unhelpful when trying to return a package. Avoid if at all possible.
