Looks great now it’s been revamped in recent years. A great selection of shops too, including Boots, Iceland, River Island, Top Shop, Top Man.

Parking was easy, has a lift, many empty shops in the centre, and in the town, been a number of years since I was last here, although there are some lovely buildings the place has gone downhill, whole shopping centres closed, some big names gone also, quite sad really

Tower Ramparts went downhill with the removal of the glass lift which caused it to lose all it's character. Usual high street chains and empty abandoned units crammed side by side into a shopping mall experience with all the pleasures that brings. And there's randomly an Iceland too. If you've ever played any of the Left 4 Dead franchise, the shopping centre has an air of being the focal point of the town centre should the locals succumb to a zombie apocalypse anytime soon. If they haven't already.

Great shops. Charity shop Emmaus. Boots. Iceland. Newsagent. Pandora. Money exchange shop, small one. Escalators up. Stairs down. No lift. HMV. Stall in aisle of shopping centre sell mobile phone cases also a beautician under the escalators close to Poundland. Yours. BBs does great tea and coffee and food, can sit down and eat. Two sets of escalors. Toilets on first floor.

Clean, some good shops in here. Toilets nice enough. A good shelter from the rain and it has quite a nice atmosphere on a Saturday afternoon when it is busy.

I was surprised to find an HMV still open at the top and also a second Pound land in the town centre. Staff on the door were friendly and offered some reassurance for a secure and relaxing experience. It is a bit hidden, and is bigger on the inside than it looks.

Was okay, but I haven't been to Ipswich for awhile and shocked to see how down trodden it was with lots of shops closed. No Christmas market or other activities going on for the festive season. Much better shopping at the smaller market town of Woodbridge.

Only visited Warren Jones, was pretty happy with the service. Polite and friendly staff, happy service and very good prices! 😁
