Visited from a coach trip on a Sunday, so everywhere was a bit tired and sad...NOT however the O2 shop who were brilliant at sorting me out with Head phones and a BONUS a reduced tariff, which I hadn't gone in for! The lads were attentive polite and HAPPY, thank you very much to J for all your help!!!

Like many such small centres, the switch from high street trade to online is having an effect.
The toilets are poor and expensive to use.
If you live out of town then the cost of parking or public transport is also an issue.
This centre has little to attract people to visit it. If some of the empty units were let to small craft businesses, that could change, but most cannot afford the rents or the risk of moving there.

We all loved Kendal, nice shopping area and walked up to see the fantastic views from the castle ruins, even on a wet day.

Rather forlorn and devoid of shops and the carpark ticket machines don't take credit or debit cards or use an phone App. Come on guys, need to raise the game.

Lots of the shops no longer exist, only visited because it's my nearest marks and Spencer selling cloths.

It's OK, basically a pedestrianised street with a few shops that are not available in your usual shopping centre/mall. It's off the main shopping street in Kendal which now looks old and delapidated and empty after the covid pandemic, like a lot of towns in UK, looking very sad, just vape shops and charity shops seem to be the only ones surviving, online shopping has killed town centres.

Great shopping arcade. Love the shop Blue-Coats. Very great prices. And their flowers display is fantastic

Worth coming to visit Kendal Cumbria. Nice walk and scenic. Travel by bus or train when the pubs open. View from bus from Ulverston. Great trips by bus from Windermere.
