Tritton Retail Park

A good selection of shops which all have their own reviews but the retail park itself is awful, the parking is terrible with tiny bays and awful traffic management. It can be a nightmare to get out of the car park onto Tritton Road and it has a truly bizarre road layout, it needs a complete overhaul to make sense.

Also be warned, the parking enforcement people are just ready and waiting to give you a ticket for so much as a gnats whisker over a white line, and don’t do much as set a toe outside the retail park else you’ll get a ticket. You need to park absolutely perfectly, do your shopping and get out.

It's got alot of large shops. Large car park, you have to be careful though as drivers won't stop or slow down to let you cross. Ashame about the parking situation, years ago I use to park here and walk to the High Street, can't now though.

Saving stress closer to Christmas, we have picked out and paid for the children's bikes. We paid a little extra to have them built up and for present covers but they will be ready to pick up on the 23rd to save us having to try and hide them for weeks!

I zipped in to replace a dying microwave. Currys has restocked after seemingly being out of stock of virtually everything. Had a brilliant member of staff who carried the microwave to the checkout and my car and took my old one away........fab

I wouldn't normally do this but I received a £60 fine in the post today stating that I'd stayed 20 minutes over my time in the carpark, I honestly forgot about the time as I was waiting on a friend who was late but this happened on the 23rd November and I've only just received the letter today because of the Royal Mail strikes leaving me 2 days to pay else the fine goes upto £100... at Christmas time this is ridiculous! I work in the area and come to this retail park weekly, if you look at the CCTV I'm within 2 minutes of my car the whole time, and after speaking to a few people in the area today they have said that the people who own this carpark are outrageous in their parking fines, and some other people have said they have also received fines from this carpark for ridiculous reasons... the people who own this carpark should have some empathy at this time of year and in the cost of living crisis we are having.

With a range of stores from Halfords to Smyths toy store. They have Curry's, Home bargains and Pets at home. Morrisons directly across the road so I'm guessing that unless you need something really specific you'd get everything you could want from the collection of stores here.

Has a home store, shoe store, pet store, clothing store, McDonald's, Costa, pharmacy, budget store and a Halfods. Pretty good I'd say. If there was also a primark it would have it all.

OK for Home bargains and Currys etc but can be a pain trying to get out of the carpark afterwards onto Tritton road
