Beautiful building inside. It has a few wee shops and a nice tearoom. Unfortunately, the outside of the building is in disrepair. Plenty of parking room and very clean public toilets. A lot of history in this building, worth a visit.

What an amazing building. We'll done to the people/companies occupying the building. Saving local history. Guy in Halo, the antique shop explained the history. Shame no investors to help this privately owned building. Also, if you don't use it you loose it! Too beautiful a building, to not make a huge effort, to preserve and promote.

Wow, is this place struggling. When I was last in these premises, pre-Covid there was an abundance of sellers. Now I don't know how the cafe survives. The car park was almost empty.

This is such a beautiful building left to rot. Visited two shops in the whole building as that's all was there. Scotland do something to bring it back to life, fight to bring back the shops and people, restore it! It will bring the town to life again. I was only on holiday, very sad to see.

I like this building, built in the 1900s it was an old torpedo factory during ww1 & ww2. Many locals worked there but unfortunately over time the beautiful sandstone building with its high cellings and grand marble staircase fell in disrepair. For years it lay derelict and unloved until it was bought and restored in the 1990s and brought back into a retail place. It has many units to rent and is loved by locals. It has at the moment a tattoo parlour, an antique shop, bridal shop, excellent computer shop for repairs, the works book shop, restaurant, baby sensory and kilt shop. If you love history you would enjoy a visit.

An amazing architecture, such a Beautiful building inside . Few shops here and a tea room . It does have big potential.. needs some investment to pure in to bring this beautiful piece of history back to life.

How does this place survive? Most of the shops are closed. Such a shame as it's a beautiful building.

The staff were very friendly and patient with the kids and I. Took around the whole shop by the staff Very polite and respectfully helpful to what the kids wanted. Great shop for art and painting also drawing plus plenty of books too. There's a lift at the back of the building for disabled people Also parking a plenty for able bodied people too.
