Mostyn Champneys Retail Park

Lovely shopping area not too far from the sea. Easy to park. Had a visitor on my car when I returned from one shop haha, he didn't move as I reversed, just satooking at me 😄

Llandudno is well serviced by large national retail brands at this location, it has evolved over time to provide improved services and there is plenty of parking.

Great shopping area much improved now that M&S are on site too. Make sure your Google location tracking is on as the company running the parking have been known to miss you leaving the site so issue a ticket for staying too long!

Big shopping centre with lots of busy shops and minimal vacant/empty units. It's a handy place to visit, particularly if you're looking for home/electrical items! There's McDonald's and Costa if you'd like refreshments and there are toilet facilities in these places if required. Lots of free parking, but there is a time limit on how long you can stay for, so be sure to check this when visiting.

Marks and Spencers. Horrible since they re located from town centre. We are expected to order via computer screens for coffees. Bad idea. When it was Debenhams the coffee shop was lovely. The clothing was organised. The food hall is confusing and unappealing.

I parked here intending to shop at some of the stores. My wife and I went for lunch nearby before shopping.
On the way back an elderly lady fell and was possibly badly injured.
I am an emergency nurse so I went help.
It took 3 hours for an ambulance to arrive and I could not safely leave her to move my car.
When the charge for overstaying arrived I appealed, this was supported by staff from nearby shops who also helped.
I was told because I left the site the appeal was rejected. In essence I was charged £ 60 for helping someone who was injured.
Thanks for that Champneys, will NOT be shopping with you again, my advice to anyone is avoid this site or don't stop to help someone in need.

I've given it 5 star but it is difficult to rate as the site is made up of a number and varied outlets, but I think it's worth it.

Parking conditions signage poor.. I had £60 fine ! Letter arrived day it was due and delayed payment would increase it to £100!
Money making scam and shameful! I will never go there again
