a nice a small shopping center where everything is right next to each ,we were working away there so having greggs on the doorstep was perfect ,also farm foods do all the bargains

The shopping centre has a few shops with nice people working there such as the ocean and savers but most of these are let down by the numerous empty units and the people who hang around there drinking and off their heads arguing and being obnoxious.

It can be very intimidating for people who go there to do a bit of shopping especially later in the day.

The violinist who stands there day in day out is a bloody nuisance. Why he hasn’t been moved on I don’t know.
I wouldn’t bother making a trip here there’s very little available.

It's handy and local to me and has some decent shops although the precinct definitely needs a revamp and a few more businesses to move onto the site perhaps a weekly market too. But one point that awful violinist really needs to go away now as he just isn't welcome nor appreciated there.

Bloke who runs the place takes very poor care of it, you can tell they're mega cheap, haven't replaced the light fixtures in decades, part of the roof on one end of the place collapsed a couple of months ago blocking off the car-park. Not to mention the lack of care taken of the complex when it's well known he charges insane amounts for rent.

Forced YMCA out of their lot, a charity because he refused to repair their leaking roof.
