Due to the pandemic only the drive thru is open, would recommend pre-ordering your drinks on the app to save time - doing this means less contact and hurries the queue for everyone. Queue was about 15 mins long around 5:30pm on a weekday. Staff super friendly and upbeat as always, service with a smile goes along way :)

Visited the Burger King, service was a bit slow but well worth the wait, great to have a Burger King so close, limit myself to once a week. Would recommend using the app to speed up the progress of your order.

Called at the Starbucks, what a shambles. The middle aged female member of staff is obnoxious in her manner regarding the current social distancing to the point of being offensive. I'm intelligent enough to understand the rules and what the symbols on the floor means, so please don't talk to.me like a child. Both myself and the customer in front of me decided to talk with our feet and leave her with 2 less sales... well done Starbucks

I made a big mistake of going to burger king, cold food took it back they replaced with warm burger not hot and didn't seem bothered of serving cold food just a sorry from a member of staff .table,s stinking and around 6 staff just standing around. Won't be ever going to this place again

Nicest Starbucks in Cardiff I would say, the others are all a bit grotty. This one is clean and spacious.
