The Avenue Retail Park

The quality of their food is fantastic. Fresh clean and at a pretty good price. There are a range of different price meal deals that my wife and I couldn't believe. We bought a £15 deal and had 3 great meals from it. There's lower priced ones that are also great value. The fruit and veg range is stunning. Take a look. There are also many other shops in the estate for you to check out.

I love the shops here but sadly the carpark let's it down massively. I think the combination of the carpark layout combined with the traffic lights doesn't help and people trying to force their way out combined with others that simply refuse to let you out it took us 45 minutes to get out, and someone also drive into me while trying to stop someone else forcing their way out!

I try and park somewhere else now and walk there instead.
Yes it's a pain but it's easier and quicker.

A bit of a disappointing retail park. The parking system is laughable, I'd love to meet the person who designed it. You can get in... But getting out will send your stress levels through the roof. If you park there at busy times, take a picnic and a sleeping bag 😂

Shops are great - but at busy periods the car park is gridlocked. Can take 30-60 minutes to get out with plenty of stress. Might be the worst car park in Cardiff at peak times.

I dislike having to visit here. The carpark is awful and you literally can be waiting ages to exit. A new road layout is desperately needed here or atleast another exit onto Newport Road. No issues with the businesses here but something needs doing with the carpark. If you have to visit I recommend going early morning.

Great, lots of different shops, just off the main road. All shops in the area are within walking distance of each other with B&M, Home bargains, Matalan, M&S food hall, McDonalds, Bath Store, Gregg's, a furniture store, many more across the road. A very popular place to shop, all are on the ground floor with a lot of room inside, ideal for disabled people. Large parking area outside.

Great shops, but they are loosing out. It is impossible to get out on weekends. We waited for almost an hour. The security man totally ineffective. Does not help with the traffic jams at all. He could try to restore some order. Don't know why he's there.

Nothing wrong with the shops but the lay out of parking is a nightmare at busy times. I expected it to be busy today but it took over half an hour to exit the car park. The car park wasn't full by any means....it's just badly designed. Never again!!
