One of the best colleges in the country - exam results are always very good. Whole college community is supportive of one another.

Teachers help each student to thrive and exceed their potential.

Lots of extra curricular activities and trips on offer that allow students to broaden their horizons and receive extra experience which helps with life after leaving St. Dominic's.

College grounds are beautiful - garden is the perfect area to reflect and take some time out, as well as the Chapel.

Do not let the name and the location deceive you and cloud your judgement in order to send your kid to this college. Teachers do not have experience, they do not inspired your kid to study hard, they just push them with homework , staffs are trouble. No manner at all. In total the rich kid come first and if your are rich your kid will not be noticed.
If you want to send your kid to this college please think twice.

St Dom's is a fantastic school! Two of my children have been there, one got his A Level results today and I couldn't be more proud! The head teacher and staff are very supportive and students are tracked closely and given all the help that they need to succeed. I would recommend the college to anyone going on to Sixth Form education. Teachers and students have the utmost respect for each other, creating a harmonious environment in which to study.

I loved my time at St Dominic's and the structure of the system really really helped me to prepare for university. I met some friends for life and I am still in contact with one of my teachers (Drama). Psychology was not a strong point for me but my teacher gave me lots of support, within and outside of the subject. Every day going in I had a smile on my face. I didnt get the grades I hoped for but I got into university nevertheless and I miss St Dominic's a lot. Thank you for my time there :)

It's been 12 years ago since I was a pupil here. At the time I was living in poverty and having the most unstable year of my life. After missing an exam at the end of the year, they told me I could retake it next year. They lied! I never got offered a place again. Basically, if you're struggling and not from a good background, then they want you out of there. Just another institution that writes young people off far too quickly! I couldn't tell you what it is like now though. Hopefully better, but judging by reviews on here, I doubt it.

Not worth it, for parents and students looking to go to this school. The only subjects that are worth it are maths, the sciences and economics. Do not go if you choose to do other subjects e.g. Dt as they have very poor facilities and few teachers per subject. They also leave students unsure of what and where to improve regardless of the "1 to 1".

Shoutout to the all maths teachers, Bio teacher Carol and chem teachers Faheema, Dr Chick and Odo; they were the best, very supportive and amazing at teaching. As for other staff, the librarians (esp Pauline or Paulina forgot lol) housekeepers and dinner ladies were the sweetest!

Other than that the school wasn't the best to be honest; it was a nice environment but very big, unless you meet good people you won't enjoy it. It's definitely not a place for everyone. My tutor was also nice actually.

Also the wedges became disgusting in 2018/19, don't know why.
