Came here to get some custom footbeds made, Dudley, was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the importance of getting properly fitted boots, and how I’d been getting it wrong for years!! Ended up getting some custom footbeds and some lovely, well fitting boots! Looking forward to trying them out!!

Great experience getting ski boots for my husband and I with Dudley. We had a 2.5 hour appointment and it was relaxed and unrushed, trying boots on for 5+ mins each before making adjustments so you had a true feel for what was working or not. Dudley's knowledge was extensive and he took the time to explain everything about feet and the boots. Plus coffee, comfy armchairs and amenities like phone charging! Very glad we chose this place. True boot fitting specialists and a great service from start to finish. Excellent booking system, clear instructions for the appointment and how to get there, and such a thorough assessment of my feet and skiing needs. Discovered my old (fitted elsewhere) boots were a size too big!!

Really pleased with my new boots and keen to hit the snow. Absolute care taken over the fit, including necessary adjustments to the liner and shell. These guys are absolute artists and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The fact that this company doesn’t have the full 5.0 stars is baffling to me. I can’t think of any reason to rate them anything less. Had bindings mounted and it goes without saying that the job was done perfectly. Richard and Scott even hand delivered my skis because of the complications I would have had picking them up. Claire was extremely helpful and went above and beyond answering my questions and arranging/suggesting the delivery. The shop itself is stunning and stocks all the right gear. Not to mention my skis were complete on time considering how busy this time of year is!

My husband and I have both had boots fitted here on separate occasions, by Dudley and Scott respectively. They were both painstaking, patient, observant and skilled. They both have years of experience as boot fitters and ski instructors so they really know their oignons, and they seem to choose the boots they stock really carefully. I had had a less than ideal experience previously with another place but am confident I've got a really good fit this time. My husband's boots have already been put to the test and he's very pleased with their performance. I highly recommend this place.

Great service from the guys. Make make they effort to explain everything in detail and make you feel like they really do care about getting the fitment done properly. Highly recommended the skiers lounge for getting your ski gear and fitment done.

Visited today for appointment and all running like clockwork. Welcomed with a coffee which is very nice touch. Great set up and certainly a highly professional and well explained service. Every element is clear and great care taken 1 to 1 to make sure you have the best fit and outcome. Real expertise and lets say craftmanship is adjusting boots, moulding shape and creating bespoke fit.
Its a no brainer !!! (better than pro feet in London too)
