Lovely natural Botox with Dr. Rupert, a real artist who made me feel at ease. The least painful Botox I’ve ever had (barely felt it) - he’s apparently a trainer for other doctors and nurses for injecting. I have booked in with his associate at his recommendation and I’m so happy with both treatments. It’s lovely inside, warm welcoming team and you leave feeling great. What more can I say? Thanks team viva!

I came in to Viva Tunbridge Wells and had my first Botox treatment with Vikki. I can’t thank her enough, she was so lovely and gentle. She really put my mind at ease as I was feeling a little nervous.

I’ve been to the Tonbridge Wells clinic now a couple of times and each time the staff have been so attentive and kind as soon as soon as you walk in the door. Vikki was lovely and explained everything so well before we started with the treatment

*UPDATE 09/12/22* - It's been a week and I never received contact from a member of management. I called today to be told someone else will call me in exactly 5 minutes. This was at 15:41... It's now 19.15.
I feel very messed about and I have knocked down a star because of this.

I've been nervous about writing a review but I need to be honest as it's been eating me up inside for a while. I had a free consultation on the 29th of October to see what could be done about the deep lines under my eyes. I went ahead with the treatment the same day. The service in the clinic was great, I felt looked after. They also let my other half come in and sit in the waiting area.
However, I was expecting a call after two weeks to see how I was getting on with the fillers which never happened? I also feel like I paid £700+ to not look any different - Not sure if it's because a higher dosage of filler is required? I'm also not sure if the price included the discount for agreeing to have my photos uploaded onto the website.
It's a shame as I'd definitely go back to have an appointment with Vikki again.

My entire experience at Viva was wonderful. From the friendliness of the reception staff to the appointment itself which was very informative and helpful. Having my treatment was pain free and has improved my life on a day to day basis. I would highly recommend

My experience at Viva Skin clinic was amazing and I highly recommend them. The clinic was lovely and clean - it felt very safe. The staff was very professional and helpful all the way from booking the appointment to following up after. I am very happy with treatment and will be returning. Overall... delightful!
