The first time I went to see Nayana I thought I was going to receive a relaxing facial…
I hadn’t read her website properly and was wrong 😂

Instead she put the muscles of my face through a full workout routine 😳💪🏻

I continued with her four step program becoming more encouraged as we went along and able to see improvements. ..

I have now finished the course and have the tools for a lifetime of looking after the aesthetics my face.

I exercise my body to stay fit and healthy so it really makes sense to apply the same technique to my face….

The exercises aren’t always easy but once you are on board, Nayana is encouraging and invested in your progress, making sure you are doing her exercises perfectly to get the best results.
