The best laser clinic I have ever visited. Anna is so passionate and honest about the advice she offers . I dont often have to go for my laser treatments as she does such a fabulous job and the hair doesnt grow back as quick as it did when I went to another clinic . Her facials are also amazing my skin feels so refreshed. I have recommended this place to so many people who have also had the same exceptional service .

I have been using Peauperfect for nearly 2.5 years and every time I visit I am comfortable, Anna and her team are a great help and advise as best as they can. I’ve been doing laser and facials. I have seen results from my very first session and continue to see better results each time. I highly recommends. Not sure if the bad reviews are real people or not because I have recommended my friends and family and have they have all been very satisfied.

Anna is an amazing consultant. Full of experience and knowledge. She makes you feel comfortable and give you right advice to make your treatment worth while. I have had laser hair removal from the team at PeauPerfect and they have been amazing. im happy with my results so far. from when i first made contact, to going in for treatment and after care has been next to none. Cant wait for more results!

I am so upset right now. I am so appalled by the service and treatment by Peau Perfect. I paid upfront for 8 sessions of facial laser treatment. To this day I am yet to see the results. Try telling "Anna or Parveen" that you need further appointments but, no. This was not what I expected to remain with unwanted hair throughout this process. It has caused me so much upset and anxiety.

I still have many sessions to have, and after paying upfront, they have the audacity to now say I must pay a £25 depo for booking appnt. How dare they impose. This was not in any contract and as I declined to do this, they deny me the service of which I have already paid for. They actually said cannot book an appointment. I have been waiting months prior to lockdown! And even further cos of lockdown.

This is an outrage. And get this, they moved half an hour away from old place in Chadwell heath, and they claim it is only 10mins.

I am having to go further out of my way for this level of inadequate service and have to worry about someone using laser on my face when there is no trust or confidence in their customer service.

Anna and and her team are a main asset and treat patients with respect and at all times with professionalism and the service is high standard quality. Anna invests all her time in providing a thorough service and soo pleased with the results. I will recommend Peau Perfect for sure .

I've been a patient at peauperfect for a few years now and I only need to visit the clinic every 3 to 4 month as the hair growth has been amazing anna has always been giving me good advise especially when I've been stressing during lockdown and from having hormonal issue... having my laser done at peauperfect have made my life style more manageable and this has helped my confidence so much as having hair growth on face can knock you down... I cannot thank the team enough for all the help and I will not be going anywhere else as they have always supported me throughout my progress also Amanda has been great on the phone and very friendly and has always accommodate to my timings in term of appointment once again guys a big thank you from the bottom of my heart....

Anna is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I love the laser that is used at peauperfect - it is very effective and perfect for those with sensitive skin like mine. I can't recommend this place enough.
