Went to have spider veins removed from nose/bridge area. First time I have had this done anywhere. Ended up with 2 burns on each side of the nose that took off the skin and left heavy scabbing, and the skin hasn't grown back leaving dents in the skin. Would not use at all as they are not professional. The setting was obviously on too high. Looks worse now than it did before wasting £100 on this 1 session. Will seek legal advice.

I went in for Juvaderm filler yesterday. All I can say is it was one of the rudest clinics I have ever been to. If not for how completely uninterested the nurse was in even doing her job or just being "nice" it would have been better. I called in the afternoon about concerns and she practically hung up on me. Like she couldn't be bothered to answer a simple concern. I wouldn't waste the money. Find a nicer place with nicer people...

Great at removing hair it is worth the pain! The pain is only for a few minutes. It is so nice when the hair starts to go! No major side effects. Lovely staff and they all know how to do their jobs. Great place for hair removal.

Would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone. Have tried a few places around Cambridgeshire for botox and fillers and been left very disappointed particularly given the costs involved. The staff at this clinic were polite and friendly and I'm delighted with the results. Thank you all, I will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Very bad experience with lip fillers, ended up with huge lumps all over my lips that didn't go away even after a year due to poor methodology of injection, leaving my upper lip deformed. BE CAREFUL!

I'm in the early stages of my treatment and I'm delighted with the results. On my first visit to the clinic I was really nervous and a little anxious but the staff and environment soon put me at ease. The team are really supportive and encouraging.
The saying 'no pain, no gain' is definitely relevant here, but the results far out the way the pain. I just wish that I'd taken the plunge sooner.

I have done six sessions of laser hair removal a while ago. But I decided to write this review anyways. The six sessions of laser hair removal I performed did not work. The machine for the laser is not the best one, because it does not have the cool air that others have. Besides, I really think that the laser hair removal machine burnt my lip, because it's slightly darker now. I really not recommend this clinic for laser hair removal.
