I cant recommend this clinic enough - the main reason are the staff. There was no pressure, and I didn't feel rushed to make decisions the first time I went - or at the 2 appointments since. Melissa and Emma have both treated me for botox injects now and I am so pleased with the results. Thank you to all the team there.

Awful experience! Paid £100 for a facial treatment which did not work. After complaining, was denied a refund, met with complete denials and rude and unprofessional response. Steer clear of this place! Absolutely terrible experience.

The service is here is always fantastic, every member of staff is friendly and knowledgable. I have dermalux with debbie and along with my obagi facewash and my retinol my hormonal acne has improved massively within a several months.. I also had fillers and Emma/Melissa are both very professional and knowledgable and I felt in safe hands. All the receptionists are friendly and knowledgable too, Devon answerwd all my questions I had and made me feel at ease. Thank you for making me feel great! :)
