Booked an appointment to have laser on a small vein on my cheek. I describe the location very clearly on the phone when booking the appointment. I triple checked that the appointment with a nurse was going to be what I needed when this is what I was offered. I was reassured she would definitely be able to deal with this.

After travelling an hour and waiting to be seen, first thing she says is that she can’t do it as it’s not on my nose so would need to come back a different day to see a doctor. Has wasted half of my day and cost me money.

Sadly, I would advise against using this company.

Loved coming to SK:N. I have felt so comfortable with every session i had. Always on time and a good conversation during the treatment, this i like as it made me feel more at ease. Sadie was always very polite and helpful with explaining the after care i needed for my treatment. Would highly recommend!

Waste of time calling them. Said I was going back to European home Address in 2 weeks and they said because of their "no travel abroad for 2 weeks rule" I couldn't have my treatment done...
even though they want me to pay £25 over the phone to book my first patch test.

Lady on the phone was unable to use logic to interpret the guidleines which are in place to avoid sun exposure on lasered skin. As a result of her and stupidity, Skin have lost out on a sale. Seriously need to review your staff training.

I normally have Yen for my treatment and she is so so lovely, always super warm and welcoming and makes me feel so comfortable!

The staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable.I was very nervous before my appointment but Dr Torkan Hirbod made me feel at ease during the consultation and the procedure was bearable. I will definitely recommend this clinic.

Should’ve read the reviews. There were 3 women gossiping loudly as I came in. I walked to the counter to tell them I had an appointment. One of the women said “you can have a seat downstairs.” After 5-10 minutes of me sitting in the reception area listening to them finish gossiping the same woman came down to give me intake paperwork. Another 10 mins wait to find out the woman gossiping who was so short at the counter was my service provider.

The funniest part is that after she was so rude she tried to sell me on purchasing multiple facials. Her tone and enthusiasm was high while trying to sell me but when I declined she went back to being short and not making eye contact.

Good place, nice people working. The only bad thing is that the clinic located in Ealing does not have the necessary laser for tattoo removal, and you have to constantly go to the central, which is not always convenient.

I decided more than a year ago to choose this clinic for the removal of my tattoo. Paulina was the girl in charge of the first 4 sessions and the one who advised me to pay for the 6-session package. Everything was great, until after a long period without going to a session because it was summer, in my fifth session the girl who attended me was different.

Despite this, the session was normal, we went upstairs to make the last appointment of my treatment. Weeks before my treatment I receive an email saying that it is impossible for her to see me on the specified date and time and she proposes others. The new dates did not fit me and I answer with other suggestions. I do not receive a response until I send 2/3 more emails asking please to confirm the date of my appointment.

Finally she answered me giving me two dates again, of which I said that I preferred one of them. Again, I never received a confirmation email (as some of the previous times with Paulina had happened). The day I supposedly had the appointment, I wrote another email asking for confirmation since I had to ask for permission at work to leave earlier and I didn't want to do it, to get to the clinic and be told that my appointment was not confirmed. Again, no response.

The next day I receive an automatic email that my treatment has been successfully completed. Since that day I have tried to contact her to fix this situation 4 or 5 times and still no response. Treatment is expensive for this lousy service.

They owe me a session that I don't know if I will finally receive. I will have to ask for permission at work again and go there personally to ask for the session they owe me. It's a shame because halfway through the treatment I was 100% sure that if I needed more sessions I would continue to trust this clinic, but now for sure I will looking for another clinic.
