After travelling an hour and waiting to be seen, first thing she says is that she can’t do it as it’s not on my nose so would need to come back a different day to see a doctor. Has wasted half of my day and cost me money.
Sadly, I would advise against using this company.
even though they want me to pay £25 over the phone to book my first patch test.
Lady on the phone was unable to use logic to interpret the guidleines which are in place to avoid sun exposure on lasered skin. As a result of her and stupidity, Skin have lost out on a sale. Seriously need to review your staff training.
The funniest part is that after she was so rude she tried to sell me on purchasing multiple facials. Her tone and enthusiasm was high while trying to sell me but when I declined she went back to being short and not making eye contact.
Despite this, the session was normal, we went upstairs to make the last appointment of my treatment. Weeks before my treatment I receive an email saying that it is impossible for her to see me on the specified date and time and she proposes others. The new dates did not fit me and I answer with other suggestions. I do not receive a response until I send 2/3 more emails asking please to confirm the date of my appointment.
Finally she answered me giving me two dates again, of which I said that I preferred one of them. Again, I never received a confirmation email (as some of the previous times with Paulina had happened). The day I supposedly had the appointment, I wrote another email asking for confirmation since I had to ask for permission at work to leave earlier and I didn't want to do it, to get to the clinic and be told that my appointment was not confirmed. Again, no response.
The next day I receive an automatic email that my treatment has been successfully completed. Since that day I have tried to contact her to fix this situation 4 or 5 times and still no response. Treatment is expensive for this lousy service.
They owe me a session that I don't know if I will finally receive. I will have to ask for permission at work again and go there personally to ask for the session they owe me. It's a shame because halfway through the treatment I was 100% sure that if I needed more sessions I would continue to trust this clinic, but now for sure I will looking for another clinic.
