I have been going to Juan for a very long period of time. Absolutely cannot recommend this clinic enough, every time I go I get consistent, quality service. The atmosphere, attitude and cleanliness especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic has been A*. I recently visited SkinMedico for a consultation about my skin, Juan provided an immediate and thorough analysis of my skin and recommended a treatment and some products that I could use to begin treating it. After coming back in for a treatment and only a few weeks after using the products my skin is completely clear, I feel so much happier and confident in myself thanks to the support, guidance and genuine care I received from Juan who really ensured my best interests were kept first and foremost. A little hidden gem among hundreds of the skin care providers Chiswick High Rd offers, the least commercialised service one can possible find, at least in London. Juan provides truly high quality, thorough, and personalised treatments, has the skills it takes, and simply a talent for aesthetics. What a different experience comparing to any I have had before, where I felt rushed in and out of the door and the treatments were painful, or not effective due to the lack of the adequate quality equipment... He really re-instated my trust in the beauty industry when it comes to the standards of his work, high end equipment, very advanced treatments and the high quality materials he uses. I believe his treatments should actually cost more, as the experience is worth every penny and so hard to find nowadays. I myself work in the beauty sector, and can immediately see the level of hygiene any place I walk in offers. SkinMedico is spotless, has clinical conditions, which is very reassuring to me personally. I recommend Juan with my hand on my heart.

Super efficient, super friendly, totally professional practice.
Immediately after the HydraFacial, my skin looked dewy, glowing, hydrated and felt so clean and refreshed. This treatment is going to be part of my skincare regimen amd I plan to do this once a month.

This is my first time doing a review and honestly it's only due to the outstanding results I have seen with my treatment at Skin Medico with Juan. I went to get a treatment plan for my cystic acne scaring and hyperpigmentation/melasma. And I'm not one to exaggerate when it comes to things, but with the first treatment I had gotten I saw instant improvement. My hyperpigmentation and my melasma have reduced significantly. I also got treatment for my scarring and I this has been my favourite and drastic change. My scaring has improved drastically. I know i need more than one session but overall I am very hopeful with the process and will recommend everyone I know to Juan. Lastly, my experience with Juan is positive as he doesn't only just do his job but he does it with genuine care. He not only treats you physically with his treatment but also he educates you with the process. His attention to detail is amazing, he will not miss a spot when dealing with your face and makes sure to delicately treated your face with his high end/ effective products and tools.

I've said alot but I'm more than satisfied and will be making future trips to skinMedico/Juan as I'm sold. Thank you so much Juan.

I come to Juan every 6 months to do a treatment for the scarring I have on my face from my days of acne. It takes time but your face gradually gets smoother and smoother. I am very satisfied with the results and I look forward to my treatments. I had really strong scaring that effected my confidence and I finally feel good about my skin.

I’ve had several Hydrafacials and a course of Mesotherapy and I’m delighted with my skin. After two treatments my skin had stopped breaking out, it’s much more radiant and I can see lines around my eyes fading.
