Harley Street Skin Clinic

I attended the clinic yesterday for some non surgical procedures to rejuvenate the neck and jaw line. It’s early days yet in terms of seeing results as I’m still in recovery, but the procedures appear to have gone well (I don’t remember much as I was sedated) and although I had some discomfort last night it was nothing unmanageable and today is much improved.

Office and reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Dr Khan and the supporting medical staff were very professional, supportive and pleasant. I’d recommend the clinic.

Edit: Just adding that I am now over 6 weeks post procedure and they results are looking good.

Booked and paid £100 in advance for surgery consultation back in April. Consultation went fine and all seemed well. Was supposed to have follow up discussion to start finance and booking in for the surgery date but never got response from the numerous calls and answer phone messages I left to the PA. It’s now Mid July and I’m still chasing for a response from the clinic manager and my refund. Noticed I was never given an invoice or consultation letter. Taking this up via my card provider. Wish I read the reviews beforehand, seems I’m not the first this happen to.

My husband and I had the best experience with the clinic. We came in struggling with acne, large pores, hipper pigmentation and skin problems. Our skin now is what we have always dreamed of. Our confidence is now 10/10. Trust the process and be patient. The reception staff is always welcoming and helpful. There are no words to thank enough to Dr Khan and Lesley Reynolds. I don’t know what service those people on the comments used and they are so happy… I booked the session of x6 hydra facial 20.06.22. Since then I have done only 4 sessions, as the practitioner (Senquila) kept cancelling my appointments (due to her personal reasons). I have been chasing them for refund. Let’s see if I manage to get and find a more responsible clinic. Other than that, yes, they are sweet people. However, with the sweetness the job should be done as well. If you value your time, avoid this place.

Unfortunately I’ve been left very disappointed with the customers services at this clinic. For my last appointment, there were signalling problems on the underground and, out of courtesy, I called the clinic to say I’d be five minutes late. Unfortunately the courtesy was not reciprocated as the clinic immediately gave away my appointment slot. I’d rushed through London with a child in tow, only to see someone else taking my spot.
In addition, their reception staff taking appointments can be quite abrupt and patronising on the phone. One would expect a lot better for the prices being charged.

My visit to Harley street skin was incredible I arrived to be met by such a friendly reception lady called Moiya who eased my nerves with her very warm and comforting chat, then the very kind and placid Dr Khan came to meet me in reception to take me up to his room for my botox treatment, he was very calm which instantly put me at ease, he performed my treatment in a very hygienic and non painful manner and my face looks amazing!!!!! I’ve had botox a few times before but he seems to have spotted all the areas needing attention and I feel and look amazing now… ready for my wedding in 3 weeks time…. Thank you Dr Khan for such a wonderful treatment….

Dr. Rahman was incredibly careful, patient, and thorough in his treatment and appointment. He really listened to my questions and concerns and offered clear, thoughtful advice/next steps. The whole team was fantastic and professional. I had a great experience at Harley Street Skin Clinic and will absolutely be recommending it to others.
