Friendly people feel very comfortable. I have been to a lot of laser salons over the years and this is the only one that works go me. They don't charge per area by minuits saved me a lot of money 😁

Ive had a number of procedures here and can highly recommend The Laser Hair Clinic. They are completely profession and I have been please with the results. I was a little nervous to begin with but they put me completely at ease. It is definitely worth enquiring or going for an initial consultation.

Their website states: “Your first appointment will be a 45 minute consultation including a test patch which is free to check the suitability of the skin.” Please be warned that this is not true. Unbeknownst to me I was charged for the consultation even before my appointment date. I only noticed a few days later that money had been taken from my account. They refused a refund because I decided not to go ahead. So consultation was not “free”. Very poor customer service when challenged about their lack of transparency. Furthermore, the receptionist was extremely rude and overbearing on the phone. Wouldn’t let me finish a sentence and was very dismissive. The management was oblivious to the fact that they’re misleading people with their false claims so had to report this to legal authorities. All’s well that ends well, thankfully got my money back through my bank and now know never to go anywhere near these people again. They don’t see it from the client’s perspective and are completely unapologetic.
