Steph is amazing and extremely professional. I have my eyebrows micro bladed by her and I love the results. Her manner and demeanour immediately put you at ease when you arrive at the clinic. I have recommended her to all I know. Just need to decide what I want done next by her 🙌🏻

I've had botox a few times before but this was my first visit to Steph. Happy is an understatement. Firstly, when going for botox I prefer not to walk down a busy high street after my procedure and at Lure I didn't need to, it has parking right outside, on a road which doesn't have heavy foot traffic (this is just a bonus). The building is lovely, the treatment room is pretty and tranquil. Steph immediately puts you at ease, such a welcoming, friendly and professional young lady. I was shocked at how gentle she was, the botox was virtually painless, yes seriously (never been my experience previously with any of my treatments). My initial results are great. I would highly recommend Steph. I can't wait to go back and have my lips done, I just know that Steph will make them perfect.

I’ve had lip fillers a few times before but this was my first time with Steph. Absolutely fantastic - she was so professional, explained the procedure and risks to me before beginning. We opted for Russian lips to fix some gaps where the previous filler had disappeared/moved

BOTCHED LIPS BE AWARE!! If I could give zero star I would. I had a treatment done by Steph a few times - botox and lips once or twice. She came across nice and professional, first treatment was fine nothing exceptional ( I used to have treatments in London - massive difference) Second time when she did my lips I could tell she was nervous, broke a needle once or twice which was quiet painful and entire treatment took 1.5 hours which is too long!! Botox didn’t last long either only 3 months considering I always have botox lasting at least 9 months. I was left with a massive scar on my nasolabial line as well which she injected and it was super painful almost felt that was a first time she injected that line. I mentioned to her few weeks I worry about the scar and she just brushed it off saying massage it - it never disappeared I am still scared there. Third time I felt everything was done quickly and not properly. Therefore I decided to change a beautician. My new beautician was well experienced and knowledgeable to point out my lips were botched - fillers injected incorrectly and my nasolabial line was injected wrong too nearly hitting blood vessel. My lips had to be dissolved unfortunately to correct the damage that was done by Steph. Makes me wonder if Steph actually knew what she did and kept using fillers on my face regardless- that is intentional negligence. My face is botched on two very visible places now. I contacted Steph to request refund and cover the cost of dissolving my lips at least. She refused and never apologised. Her attitude is very unprofessional and clearly shows true colours and nature of business. I hope this experience will help anyone who is even thinking of using her services.
