Renatus Clinic - Beauty at the Manor

I came across Renatus Clinic while searching for a local clinic that provided ND Yag laser, Renatus was the only clinic that provided this treatment locally. I’m so glad I found the clinic and Natalie, my skin has never looked better! Natalie is professional and also a perfectionist, she’s incredibly informative and since following Natalie’s advice I still can’t get over the difference in my skin. I’ve been using the Alumier products and having regular facials, in only 4 months I’ve seen a dramatic difference! The clinic itself is absolutely beautiful, it’s kept immaculate and I leave each visit feeling relaxed and happy. I would highly recommend!

I have known Natalie for the past two years and I have had two different treatments with her .. Laser for my facial hair and then treated for my acne and pores.. At this present moment all I can say is that the results have been amazing. My skin feels clear and the confidence I have today I didn't have two years ago. Today I dont have to wear any make up to work and it feels amazing. Natalie guided me through the journey by going through the different changes I would see and the reasons for this. I always felt I could talk to her at any time if I was not sure about the products I was using and the detail she went into gave me the assurance I wanted. I have been going to Renatus for 3 years now and I'm so grateful I booked in for a skin consultation. I decided as I was getting older, that I really should probably adopt a better skincare regime other than baby wipes! I think I sent Natalie into a panic attack when she learnt that's all I used, and myself too, once she educated myself on why they aren't great for your skin.
Natalie is absolutely amazing in what she does, she really does know her stuff. She is my skincare angel and has educated me so well in skincare and products. I said goodbye to baby wipes 3 years ago and have been using AlumierMD ever since! I saw results in as soon as 10 weeks and I had before & after photos and could see what was going on under my skin. I was amazed of the visibility through this technology and I'm still not convinced any other brand could do this. Natalie's communication is great, always checking in and on hand if you have any questions at all. Natalie was even in touch on the night before and morning of my big day too, to ensure my skin was gleaming! I always get complimented on my skin, and especially by those who ID me when buying a bottle or two, and I do put that down to Natalie & AlumierMD.

I have been having sessions with Natalie for over a year now and I am so grateful and appreciative for the professional treatment and care she has provided me with. I suffer with PCOS, a condition that means I have excess body hair, that is both dark and thick.
I was so nervous and embarrassed about the hair and it took me months to get the courage to book a consultation (seems dramatic to the outsider, but people with PCOS will understand, or just any woman with body hair). She made me feel so comfortable from the outset and I have not once been made to feel embarrassed.
Over a year later, and having moved on to other body parts now, I am still baffled by the amazing results. Natalie was honest and realistic with me when helping me set my expectations, which is really useful. The expectant results were enough, but it has turned out even better that expected. (this is my individual experience and how my skin/hair/follicles etc reacted, so keep that in mind)
Natalie is so professional, kind and knowledgeable. She knows her stuff and is brilliant at helping you understand how everything works, if you want to know. She is also able to advise you on so many extra bits, like caring for you skin, the importance of knowing about the products you use and so much more.

After reading all the postive reviews and following this Clinic on social media, i decided to arrange a consultation appointment... only to have spent over 10minutes being lectured to like a 5year old child, all one way dialogue. I'm not sure how you are hoping to attract and welcome new customers with this method.
I was finally looking forward to getting my skin condition and thought instead of going to a large chain of specialised clinics i would try someone independant and local....

I started going to Natalie about a year ago as my skin was looking dull, I started using the products Natalie recommended and was knowledgable about that I can honestly say my skin has never looked so good even others have noticed, it has kept aging at bay and leaves my skin looking clear and bright all the time. I also used laser hair removal which is a game changer. Natalie has a wealth of knowledge bout skin and products and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
