Absolutely spot on. They do what they say on the tin. Visited Ilkeston showroom one day. They had what I wanted and delivered it to me the next. As I fell lucky, Very friendly customer service and delivery drivers where excellent. No gimmicks with this company. You won’t be disappointed!!

Can I just say how delighted I am with my new sofas. I would also like to praise all your staff for such wonderful customer care. Right from the start at the sales room, to the viewing and then delivery. Every single person was so polite, listened to the Pacific details I needed within my sofas, made sure I was 100% happy at my viewing, nothing was to much trouble. Then last but not least the delivery guys were respectful of my property, made sure I was happy with placement of the sofas, explained how to use the controls for the recliner, made sure I was happy with them and went in to tell me not to hesitate to phone the company if I had any problems or concerns.

Got an excellent deal on a Parker Knoll suite no sales pressure, a friendly welcome from Mick and a free coffee and left to browse in the large showroom. Having confirmed the suite we wanted was super comfortable and what we wanted we settled up and even able to arrange disposal of our old sofa the delivery was free and I can't praise highly enough the polite professional service of the delivery men, I have no hesitation in recommending Frank Knighton Suite Company the service was excellent.
