Absolute fantastic experience here. Came in as a new buyer and was assisted by Cath and Cameron who were both incredibly lovely, not pushy on a sale and very helpful in explaining everything perfectly to us both. Definitely would visit again and would recommend to everyone seeking a sofa

Shocking experience with customer service team. So much of our time has been wasted chasing, emailing, waiting in for technicians etc. Team on the phone are incompetent and don't care, problems still remain unresolved after 7 months due to incompetent staff and systems. Extremely unhappy. Cannot now even get through on the phone lines as they have gone down. Beyond ridiculous.

Sales advisor Phil was very helpful, all questions answered, gave us time and space to think about our purchases. We returned at a later date to place our order once again we spoke with Phil who made the whole process easy, would highly recommend as definitely not pushy for sales like other places we had visited.

Nice products with a matching price tag but DO NOT order from them if you expect their customer service levels to be of a similar quality. We ordered furniture for a house we had just bought and explained we didn’t yet have a completion date. We were assured this was fine and our furniture could be safely stored until we were ready for delivery. Once it arrived, however, the story totally changed and it seems the sales rep in store had just told us anything to make the sale. Despite explaining the situation to several people on the phone, Sofoligy basically spammed me with almost daily phone calls, texts sometimes twice a day, plus emails. I eventually asked to speak to a supervisor who was nothing short of rude. It isn’t even as though Sofoligy were waiting for any money for our furniture because customers are expected to pay in full up front on ordering. On visiting the store again in an attempt to try to sort things out once and for all, a man who told me he was the store manager (although I’ve since found out that isn’t true), admitted Sofoligy’s customer service “isn’t good” and basically indicated there was a good chance our furniture would arrive damaged if kept by them in storage! Needless to say we have now obtained a full refund and shopped elsewhere instead. We have since also spoken to other people who have had major issues with Sofoligy’s experience after sales care service which apparently isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I visited the store on the 1st of May and paid in full for a 3 seat sofa a 2 seat sofa-bed and a footstool. I was told 8 weeks for my delivery, this stretched to 13 which I understand with whats going on in the world. I was quite happy with 13 weeks to be honest. Delivery day came and my 2 seat sofa-bed was nowhere to be seen. Its now been another 7 weeks and still no sign of it. I have been to the Preston branch 3 times and exchanged numerous emails with someone in customer services. This person has completely ignored my last three emails over the last three weeks and today I received a refund for the 2 seat sofa-bed. Upon calling the branch again I was told my order has been cancelled and there was noting that could be done about it. My only option is to reorder the sofa-bed. DISGUSTING!!
