ScS - Sofa Carpet Specialist

Very poor service I am ordered a sofa from 28 th February still not arrived.we’ll be ready 14 th July it is mean 19 week ?when I ordered and pay there he say 12week we’ll be ready you house and my be to week later he didn’t say 19 week he is not true with me if he say 19 week never I am not buy from there I can’t go to any where have to waiting my furniture I cancel my holiday for waiting to furniture delivery came 14 July

Was told we would be getting sent an email about reviewing our experience, we haven't yet but Aaron was 10/10 great. Patient, understanding and not pushy at all. Really knew his stuff and his input was the only reason we bought the sofa on the spot that day!

Hopefully there are no issues when the sofa arrives (i'll update if there are). Looking forward to getting our Sofa.

Great experience at Cambridge SCS. I had booked an appointment, as I didnt trust myself doing the finance and order on my own. Shamsur gave me a call earlier in the day to check my requirements, and I was greeted by him in store. He spoke me through the order and finance, and was extremely patient and attentive. He seemed like a very genuine sales person, and was chatting away to me about my job, and his interests. He wasn't pushy and was really lovely. I felt at ease, and am extremely happy with my purchase and experience at the store. Thank you, Shamsur!

Brought 2 sofas which seemed lovely and comfortable in the shop but sadly when we got them home they felt totally different, material didn't seem to be the same shade as in the shop and the cushions were hard as bricks, super disappointed, feel cheated

First delivery did not happen. No one came even though they said they were knocking for 20 min. Second delivery on time but table built very poorly using hands only to do the screws, crucial Silicone orings between metal bracket and glass missing, rubbish left in our main bin and outside my door. We had to undo the table and build from scratch again as it was wobbly.

They want money to get a quote for carpets and.then want full payment and then wait 9/12 weeks
When we went in to pay the sales guy could not find our quote waited 45 mins and walked.out
Got Carpets and sofa from other.co.s and we were paying cash not finance ..

Very helpful guys at SCS, we had already ordered a sofa but they took the time to talk to us and discuss what we needed. In the end they couldn't have the sale, due to us already ordering online. However, because of how helpful they were I felt I should note a recommendation for them.
So if you need a good quality sofa, you could do a lot worse than popping in to see the guys at SCS Cambridge !
