DFS Croydon

Kerry was absolutely fantastic! She helped my mum find a sofa that was well suited to her needs in terms of comfort and support. Kerry gave us a few options, let us try the sofas and have a think, offered us drinks and helped us with finding the right colour. She was very patient and definitely not pushy. Kerry also took her time and went through all the relevant details without rushing when closing the sale. My mum and I felt at ease throughout. She also made sure we took advantage of any discounts on offer and gave us a further discount. Overall the customer service honestly exceeded my expectations and I would definitely buy there again!

Disgusting delivery service after 4 attempts to try bringing my sofa in no luck they kept saying was to wide bla bla and wouldn't fit in my property. It had to be myself and my pregnant wife to bring in the sofa to the first floor and in to the house and had no issues how can dfs made me pay over 79 pounds for delivery if the drivers can't even do their job Disgusting they look for unfit and then any other companies doing deliveires will be the last time be using this company useless drivers and customers service unhelpful

Always has a good selection of sofas but always a 3 month wait for your sofa to arrive. There is a clearance centre at the back of the store if you cannot wait 3 months

I do not recommend, this shop is a mistake, the saleswoman was not nice, she told us to wait 30 minutes, she was not interested in serving us, she said that the sofa she intends to us is not available, she replied to my question that it is on the online website that I was wrong and that I was wrong there is no sofa. The next day I went to another Dfs showroom in New Malden and got what I wanted there. Too bad I've wasted my time at Croydon. I really like the high quality of this furniture, employees should follow the example of the New Malden salesperson.

Delivery drivers damaged the driveway. I have called them 8 times over a week with a promise if a phone call back by a manager, nothing! Poor poor poor customer service, they really don't care

Really really busy in store but was still approached by staff members on both visits who were very helpful. Great choice of product.

One of the staff hisham was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable took his time on every visit and made sure to give us the best possible deals. He made sure to take his time and didn’t rush. Highly recommend talking to him when you visit

10/10 can’t wait for sofas to arrive

A tale between 2 Sofas.

In October 2022 we ordered 2 sofas same colours (Duck egg) different ranges. Flinton 2 seater sofa bed and Bonnie 4 seater lounger. Flinton was delivered1st and Bonnie (my favourite) came later.
Both are so comfortable and roomy, the sofas are like sleep traps. I love them. So why the 3 stars?
Unfortunately, Flinton let them down. The bed mechanism inside the sofa was damaged and rusty so we could not use it. I could not believe it. They did replace the mechanism inside the sofa with a new one.
So in this tale between 2 sofas I cant give them 5 stars. Such a shame because everyone through this whole process was 5/5 including Bonnie. But Flinton should never have left the depo. The fact that they cleared it for delivery is a NO NO. If you saw the state of that bed mechanism, I'm sure you would feel the same.
