Fantastic selection of sofas. Great choice of sofas, corners, chairs and more in each range. A choice of fabrics, leathers and finishes.

There customer service sets new levels. I have not received any after contacting them several times. Please don’t harbour any idea of getting any help after buying any furniture. I would like to give them -5 stars. But it’s not possible.

Lovely experience, we took our time choosing what was right for us. We went with Aniline leather in the end. The sales lady was terrific, they gave us a date, they called us to advise it was early. We had it delivered and it is so lovely. Thank you Sofology. We promise to look after it.

Its a pity you can not give Sofology no stars. Ordered a sofa in June - delivery was August, yet I'm still waiting. Correspondence is horrific - once it 'arrived' at Sofology but then they decided it hadn't. Every week since August, they think it and tell me, when I phone, that it arrives on Friday - and every week it doesn't. But no apology call. And now in late October I am being told they are just cutting the letter.....some 9 weeks after its scheduled delivery. Absolute horrific. My previous sofa was from their competitor, on time and as per order. My advise is shop elsewhere as they are keen to take your money but not keen to supply the product.

We arrived early afternoon and we were the only ones there, really friendly staff, great variety of Sofas at all different price ranges. Clean and quiet, and we really took our time around the store, we weren't harassed by any sales staff which was lovely.

Their clearance section upstairs had a few really nice pieces - worth checking out.

Toilets were really clean too.

As with anywhere that sells you stuff, all looked very good whilst we were buying. The delivery however- later than promised I must say, was less than pleasant. Sofa delivered with a broken leg. Another one with the detached. The easy glides paid for not attached. It is a joke.

Just purchased a sofa from Alfie & Jitan. Great customer service would definitely recommend them!

Visited all of the sofa shops at Fosse Park. Met Sanj at sofology. He was by far the best salesperson we met that day. He did everything right. Well done Sanj. Top marks.
