Wow! Such a relaxing time away and time to switch off… which I certainly did! Greeted on arrival by a amazing reception team who were very polite and helpful. We then had a chance put our stuff away in a locker and head down to the pool area. The facility is really good as it’s split up into areas so the pool and seats in the sun and sauna is all located in close proximity but not too close so there is plenty of spaces. After a couple of hours we had afternoon tea outside the back which has a breathtaking view of the forest over looking amazing scenery (photos below) and really good friendly staff who would help everyone which was nice to see! 10/10 experience.

Had a lovely spa day here for my mums birthday treat. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the building and grounds are beautiful, the food was delicious (we had afternoon tea, champagne & a smoothie throughout the day and all were lovely). The treatments were so relaxing, I had the scalp massage and a facial. I noticed they also do the environ facials here as well so keen to come back and try that. The changing rooms are spacious and clean, there's a relaxation lounge, plenty of spaces to sit and eat/relax. The pool area was also very lovely but unfortunately there was heating issues on the day so couldn't really use it as the water in that and the hydrotherapy pool was very cold which was a real shame as those are the best features and main thing that drew us there but would definitely love to come back when it's fixed as it really is a lovely place. The steam room and sauna were great as was the gym, which had treadmills, boxing area, weights etc with nice big windows overlooking the gardens. Plenty of parking for everyone. Highly recommend and have even suggested it to my friends for their birthdays as well so will be booking to come back as soon as the pool is fixed

Wow wow wow!! The most beautiful place and we had the most relaxing day with wonderful treatments. The afternoon tea was all homemade and delicious. And the spa itself is so luxurious and exactly as the pictures portray. The perfect venue for a bridal day for my best friend Will definitely be returning again!! Thank you!

My Mum and I went to the ‘retreat’ for her birthday treat. And treat it wasn’t. The building is so tatty, needs a massive deep clean, noisy club style music playing in the ‘relaxation’ rooms, broken hooks, broken locks, soaking wet floor in the pool area which was very dangerous (even when wearing flip flops). No cleaning or maintenance in the pool area. No cups refilled in the spa area. Steam room far too hot to use (other patrons said the same). The staff were friendly enough but not as professional as they could be. They weren’t dressed as slick, tidy and presentable as they could be.

I had the back, neck and shoulder massage. The girl was very lovely and did a good massage. We had a cream tea and that was nice. The only good aspects about the day.

Definitely wouldn’t go back or recommend.
Not worth the money.

We had a lovely day and always enjoy going there the back massage was very relaxing. And afternoon tea was lovely.
The only thing that worries me is the very wet and slippery floors around the pool and foot spa areas. I think rubber mats would be make it a lot safer. Also the rain forest showers weren't working properly.

Not a great experience at all! Been trying to get hold of head office. No luck so far!

- No seating anywhere could relax
- Very slippery floor
- Staff didn’t help… just behind counter.. had to constantly get up to order drinks and pay
- Made to feel cheaper with different food option… which took 30 mins to bring out x2 scones
- Place was messy with glasses and towels lying around
- 25 mins treatment which was actually 15 mins by time they were late, walked you up, left you waited too long. Treatment was not good (back rub instead of massage)
- Dangerous floor which should be cleaned
- Heated seats by pool didn’t work
- 5 members of staff just chatting behind counter
- Had a voucher given before covid which i wasn't allowed to use.

My sister and I had a lovely relaxing spa day at Reynolds Retreat in Borough Green last Friday.A robe and slippers were supplied for use on the day at no extra cost. The staff were all very friendly and we both thoroughly enjoyed our treatments (back, neck & shoulder massages followed by soft feet ). Afterwards we had our afternoon tea and opted to enjoy it outside on the terrace as it was such a lovely warm autumnal day.We will definitely be booking for us to go again and I've suggested my husband and I go together at some stage. There were several couples there the day we went.We thought it was great value as it included two 25 minute treatments each and our afternoon tea.
Only two small criticisms were there were no glasses for water in the relaxation room prior to our treatments and staff need to monitor guests hogging the tiled shaped relaxation beds overlooking the grounds near the pools from their cameras on reception. The concept of sharing so that other people can enjoy a short rest spell and the view from them was sadly lost on a few individuals.

My favourite venue for a spa day! Really welcoming and friendly staff, great facilities in the spa. A beautiful pool and jacuzzi, and the most amazing tropical showers. The cream tea is lovely, and the gluten and dairy free version they did for me was delicious! The chef personally brought it out to me and carefully explained all the ingredients, I felt so well looked after. This time we arrived early and also had breakfast. I recommend the Shaksuka - delicious! And again, dairy and gluten free option was lush. We went for a lovely walk through the woods. Stunning! The treatments were lovely, the message a little gentle for my liking but very relaxing, and the facial was divine. I'll be back soon for sure!
