Energise Pentney Health Club & Day Spa

Small but well equipped health club and spa. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, but never imposing. The facilities are clean, well maintained and easy to use.

Had an amazing time , a relaxing facial and lovely swimming pool,etc. Staff were so lovely.

Absolutely love it here. I was really hesitant to join as I’ve never paid so much for a gym membership before but it’s 1000% worth the money.
List of positives:
- the staff are always really friendly, welcoming and never in a bad mood. They’re genuinely so lovely.
- The gym is great. It looks small but it has everything you need.
- the outdoor heated vitality pool is fab. I went to a well known spa in Loch Lomond and tried their infinity pool equivalent and I actually said to my husband that the one at home is better. The spa facilities in general are great.
- everything is always clean
- great setting

I’ve lost a stone and a half since coming here and I actually don’t think I could have done that anywhere else - I actually look forward to coming to energise pentney so it doesn’t feel like an effort. I feel really lucky to have it on my doorstep.

Had a lovely spa experience today and have signed up for a membership. The reception team were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Joining process fully explained and easy to sign up.

Had a visit to look round. Staff very helpful. A lovely well organised Covid aware place. Very up to date, facilities. Swimming pool, hot tub, sauna. Gym too very good. Treatments available. Very clean, relaxing areas. Well planned out. Car parks just outside. Well worth a visit. Will be joining soon.
