Hythe imperial Health Club & Spa

Nice hotel, excellent location, plenty of parking.

Hythe Imperial is cute. It offers something that isn't really offered anywhere in the local area for a 15 mile radius... Have tried Bannatynes locally and would choose Hythe Health Club over them. Staff are always polite and helpful. Swimming pool isn't ever jam packed. Sauna is an added welcoming bonus and the Steam room I am yet to try.
Only thing I will say that holds its back is it needs a revamp. The showers especially at the ones in the swimming sauna area are especially poor. Areas of damp need addressing.. The minor things that would bring it on bar with its biggest competitor in the area. Hasn't changed.

Play golf here course in excellent condition so pleased being a member good atmosphere in clubhouse friendly staff

Enjoyed a lovely spa today. All staff very helpful. Not too busy. Can recommend the back massage - excellent.

Great facilities , and not to busy

Lovely room, friendly staff and great breakfast however, really disappointed with the spa. It looked very run down and not very clean, steam room not working, glass doors to garden were dirty so couldn't enjoy looking out, such a shame as it could be lovely.

Had a great night away, the food in the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very welcoming and attentive...definitely going to stay there again...the only gripe I have is the fact you can't check in and get your room till 4.00pm, if the could bring that forward by two hours it would have got 5 star's.
