great pool and lovely relaxation area, treatments are reasonable and the gym has all i need

Joined spa and gym mainly for swimming facilities has smallish pool but lovely and clean also sauna steam room very clean and up keep very high changing rooms clean with showers and free to use lockers

Been there twice forvyour pensioners special very good value for money and about to go again next week.

Went there today with my daughter and friend for an afternoon lunch and spa session. Food was such great quality and was prepared so quickly. Facilities were excellent. Staff were super friendly, especially Arnolys (I hope I spelt his name correctly) was super helpful, friendly, humorous, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing, worry free time. We also were not rushed whatsoever. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Lovely spa day experience. Clean and tidy. Warm pool and jacuzzi temperature, which is a big bonus. Tasty food and professional staff. Would highly recommend.

I treated my daughter and son in law to a night away from the kids. The good side is the pool and jacuzzi area. They didn't have a treatment though, but said the spa is very nice. The food is also good ,and generous sizing and great breakfast . Down side ,the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Worst bed ever slept on. The shower had literally no pressure ,and it was hard to even get yourself washed. They had a first floor junior suite with a balcony . The balcony was dirty and not nice.
The bar was noisy and hot ,so ate outside. Altogether a disappointing stay

Poor quality massage not professional, my husbands massage was in his words someone randomly rubbing my back..he then told my husband he needed to exercise more!!, poor administration, had incorrect names on our book in. Come for spa break and found jacuzzi and sauna out of action. Food mediocre. Receptions lacks professionalism..in fact whole place does. Such a shame was top notch when we got married here 12 years ago.

Lovely place showers in pool area are cold, toliet paper you can see though need better quality . But I love this place great stay.
