Do not go to the physiotherapist here. Even if he offers you a free appointment do not go anywhere near him. He is completely unprofessional, lacks experience and knowledge and has terrible bedside manner. He should not be practicing and I’m so grateful of my anatomy and movement training and so ignored him and left as quickly as I could, otherwise I would have been injured even more if I had followed his advice. Please take care not to see him for your own safety.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst customer service ever at a gym. Do not waste your money. Also the gym and facilities are never cleaned often enough. Upon cancelling my membership rather than contacting me for final payment they charged me more for late payment. Really such a waste of money and not even worth the price for the low grade equipment they have.

Bought a voucher on group on for a massage and use of the facilities. Had a lovely full body massage by Freya. The room, ambience and massage was great and then relaxed by the jacuzzi and steam room / sauna for the afternoon. I was able to pre book my lunch on the day to pop out if the poolside when ready and it’s set in lovely country side with horses roaming. I would go again !

I have been a member for years and this used to be very nice gym and spa. Recently the spa area dropped in cleanliness and comfort to the point that it looks disgusting. The only 4 good loungers were moved out to be destroyed by the weather and 6 broken and dirty loungers were moved in. As a result there is nowhere to relax as you see on the pictures. Who would lie on something like this? The swimming pool is nice but full of holes at the bottom. The little tiles are falling out and the pool would do with some proper maintenance. I wish I could update this review with some more stars and positive updates soon.

Visited using a gift voucher we were given - Our visit was very much a tale of two halves:

Bad -
On arrival there appeared to be only one member of staff filling all roles. Front desk, cafe, manager. Perhaps as a result the cafe area had lots of dirty plates, rubbish and tables left unclean.

The pool was actually the best of bad bunch (even with the constant children's swimming lessons going on).

The jacuzzi was dirty (grout and silicone going black) and over crowded.

The few loungers that were nearby were filthy and/or broken.

The steam room smelt like someone had been very poorly in an unkempt public toilet.

The sauna perhaps need some signage to suggest that the clientele do not pour water onto the electric heaters.

Overall not the relaxing Sunday we had anticipated and thought about packing up and heading home early. But:

The good bit: the treatments!

We had an hour full body massage and an hour facial treatment booked. My wife and I had a warm greeting from the two therapists (on time) and received our treatment in a room together, which was lovely.
The room was clean and well presented and the therapists were fantastic.

If your looking for that “Council Baths” vibe then look no further. Weybridge Bannatyne rent their pool out every day of the week (yes, inc Sundays) to a private company that run public swimming lessons for kids. So if you like hordes of screaming angels running around the changing rooms and pool, and over-the-top shouty instructors, then this place is for you. You also get fully clothed (non-member) Dads hanging around the side of the pool (in outdoor shoes), watching their kids swim whilst keeping a crafty eye on the members wearing bikinis in the hot-tub. (There is no screen separation between the two areas)

So if you are not looking for a relaxing swim/spar experiance, then this could be the ideal place for you.

There were 3 children unaccompanied in the sauna on my last visit.

After reading the reviews was a bit worried about going here. Boy was i wrong. This place is beautiful. Treatments are wonderful. The staff are so welcoming. So much on offer here. Have had the best day. If I could give more stars I would.

Was a little bit nervous about what to expect after reading reviews but had a lovely relaxing spa experience.
Everyone was friendly from
the receptionist, to the cleaner and the lovely spa therapists who did our treatments!
Based on spa treatments I’d give this a 5/5. The reason for 4 stars is because around the pool could do with a few extra loungers and there was kids swimming lessons going on (didn’t overly bother us but when the spa says 18+ it’s not really what you expect). We didn’t use the gym or Cafè so can’t comment on those!
Overall, a lovely, relaxing time!
