That was quick delivery!!! I have placed my order yesterday morning for heavy bag paid with PayPal and it has just been delivered at my doorstep. This is my second leather punch bag form Turner Sports. I would definitely recommend this company and products. Top quality!!!

My honest experience is absolutely disgusting service and company. I ordered a product on black Friday and still have not received my item.
After countless phone calls and emails with no response.
I have had to use PayPal to receive my money back as they don't ever respond.

Never recived item. Told me two different dates for delivery but never turned up. Stay away and order somewhere else.waste of time.

Ordered a heavy bag directly from the website and managed to get a better price than amazon thanks to a discount code they had.

Unfortunately there was a mix up with delivery with the wrong product arriving, but after a couple of emails, the issue was sorted out quickly and well above my expectations.

The staff I dealt with seemed to really value me as a customer and endeavoured to resolve my issue as quickly and painlessly as possible.

I’m very impressed with both the product I received from the company, and the level of customer service from the staff.

Would definitely purchase more from them in the future. Thank you TurnerMax!

I ordered a Turnermax situp trainer from Turner sports UK. But in the end two situp trainers have been delivered, the box for the second sit up trainer is badly damaged. I have tried sending emails to eBay and Turner sports. I have also tried to ring Turner sports but there is no body answering the phones

Horrendous company to deal with. Ordered weights, box smashed when they arrived. They claimed box is only for transporting!! Nothing mentioned about that on Amazon ad. Tried to return they want me to pay to return it! Finally agreed to sort a courier return, been waiting three weeks! They don’t answer the phone (land line) and the number Amazon has for them is 53p a minutes to phone! Total joke of a company. Want products out the door but don’t want any returns! AVOID!

IN REAPONSE. Please don’t lie. Cardboard? That implies a box or some sort. No it was a plastic case that you so boldly claim it comes with, which was smashed. That was inside a sack with a thin cardboard sleeve to hold the case shut. Unfortunately the case was the part I wanted for storage and paid the extra because you advertised it. Nowhere in your ad did you say the case was for transportation only. What you then did was ignore me in the hope I’d go away, after asking you to resolve quickly because it was a birthday gift and I needed to get a replacement.
I have the photo’s of the case to show the truth. I have also kept all the emails with the false promises of courier collection. So sad that you treat your customers so badly and then lie to cover up your appalling treatment of them in reviews.

Great customer service. Very helpful and friendly. Goods arrived next day. Wouldn't hesitate to order of Turner Sports again. Good quality for great prices. Thank you Ahmed

Messaged through their web chat and they replied within minutes, Asked the questions I had and they answered right away. I Went to the warehouse to collect the things I wanted within the hour all were ready, The owner was there and went through what was needed and how to fit it.

Excellent customer service and the products look great value for money. Will definitely buy from here again.
