I live locally I visit this store often The only trainers they sell here are the ones nobody wants and are reduced.you cant get new designs or new released shoe. You can get good deals on kids shoes. Sizes are in American so pay attention.

Wannabee clothing for the grunge generation. Not my bag. Either way, the prices could be much better given that this is an outlet store.
Avoid peak times as queue to enter builds quickly and moves slowly...

Went to Nike store to buy some birthday gift with my family. There was a rude and unprofessional employee Keira who asked us if the toddler shoes behind us was for us and when we replied nicely it’s not for us she rolled her eyes and walked away. Shortly after this she approached us again and asked us to put all the shoes back into box before we leave. Not only she provided zero help and support with our visit to Nike she continuously harassed us for which we raised this to the manger who said other customers have reported her unprofessionalism and will be escalated further.

Great savings on genuine Nike trainers. Make sure you have signed up to the Nike members app before you go in as cellular reception isn't great inside and you need it for any extra discounts.

Nice spacious outlet, clean and tidy good selection of sportswear and trainers, some good reductions on when I visited

New and bigger store and having changing rooms is good for a change. Staff could be more helpful. Not great variety of shoes though buy could be because it's an outlet store

Great produces , service was a bit abrupt only interested in customers signing up , spent a big amount but didn't feel comfortable or welcomed.
Customer service seems to have be lost a bit .

Shop has introduced self scan checkouts, which would be great if everyone was allowed to use them. Members only though! There were 3 staff stood by unused checkouts while one was serving the massive queue. Eventually someone from the "returns only" desk came to call some customers over but took from the back of the queue rather than front, who have obviously been waiting longer. Absolute chaos, and no apparent management to be seen supporting the staff.

Aside from that, everything I went in for wasn't available. Didn't have anything in sizes other than xs/s that I could see, and the ladies section is tiny, more available in the kids section. Seems only men use exercise clothing. Thankfully the Under Armor shop was close so I got what I wanted there instead 👍
