Terrible Customer Service. Many Faulty Products. Missing Stock.

My experience with this store has been nothing but faulty products, refused refunds and being disappointed by items not being in stock. The employees working there don't know the law and are very rude. Many of their products are faulty to some degree and are not made to good standards.

Getting your money back on a faulty product is harder than getting Mike Ashley to eat a free salad, so be prepared to take matters further to get your customer rights.

P.S - Trust actual customers such as myself, rather than these "local guide" reviewers.

Worst Online shopping experience I have ever had. I didn't get the trainers i ordered. Be careful of their disclaimer "Colour and style may vary". Wrong shoe wrong colour. no refund.

The young man that was working on the till around 2ish was very blunt and rude to my wife. Im not sure if he was having problems at home or what but that was compleatly unacceptable. I wanted to speak to a manager but he was on break. Will come back at some point and hopfully can make this 1 star a 5 star.

Was offered 10% off for defect on top of my NHS discount but later refused at till. Made feel embarrassed.

Brilliant service from everyone that works there! I have used Sports Direct in Farnborough for many years and only ever recieved friendly and helpful service for them and my 3 boys. The manager is equally helpful and no matter how busy they get the staff do their best to help.

No such thing as customer service in store. They never answer the phone. The best you get is that they cancel the call.
