Decathlon Ealing

This store has became my go to store, they have amazing quality of winter cloth amazing design and very affordable prices. Staff are amazing, there is an amazing sales assistant “Sara” that always attends and supports with every question asked. Really made the process of selecting an item feel personal and not like they are trying to just sell. Well done for the management of this store it shows how much they invest in staff training….

Popped into a Decathlon to see what ski wear they had amongst other things. Very happily surprised, this store has a lot to choose from and the staff are extremely helpful. Reshard in particular as he managed to sort out my bike light and managed to attach it to my cycling helmet. Good work!! I ended up buying a heap of things and if I had come here before I wouldn’t have needed to buy lots of things online from other stores. They will be going back. Thanks for all your help!

Valeri of the Decathlon Ealing bike workshop team is an absolute asset to his team. I have been a customer for 2 years now. Everytime I bring my children's bikes for checks and repairs, he does it with skill and kindness. Always friendly, knowledgeable and never charge you for things you don't need (even when I thought some parts might have been necessary). Overtime this has built him incredible credibility, and I value his advice. 10/10 recommend.

Love this store, I wish there was one in Bristol. The staff upstairs were really helpful and friendly when I was looking for a particular item. The staff at the tills were brilliant and the greeter was super friendly. I love the self service tills, very easy to use.
