We just popped by there premises in Peterborough on the off chance of picking up a new lock for my daughters folding bike. Excellent service from the staff member we spoke to and we got a new kryptonite folding lock.perfect fit on the seat post and the lock feels strong enough for the price paid. Excellent. Thank you.

Terrible communication. They do not inform you if the item you've ordered is not in stock, despite what their website says. All I received was a confirmation email of my order and then nothing. They did not respond to any emails I sent, so after 4 days I had to phone them asking where my order was and only then was I told that the item was on order with their supplier but wouldn't be in until next year!! Obviously I cancelled, but god knows how long I could have been waiting for. They told me that they do not have an automated system to inform customers if the item they've ordered is out of stock and they can't do this manually due to the amount of orders they receive.

In response to the owner: You didn't cancel my order on the 12th, I didn't receive an automated email nor was a refund processed on this date. I received no response at all, hence my phone call on the 13th. The lady i spoke to on the phone even confirmed that my order was still live/pending, and it was only then that it was cancelled and refunded. Therefore, as you say, this should have been picked up on the following day but it wasn't.

I understand items are not always in stock but some communication from yourselves would have been appreciated. I've only received 2 emails from you - my order confirmation on the 10th, and my refund confirmation on the 13th

I purchased a bmx stem for £19.99 over the wk end and a day later checked to make sure all was ok only to find i had been charged 27.99, i contacted seller to tell them thir mistake only to be told "oh thats nice!" I msg again and was told its still a good price, i dont care i want the goods at the price i paid that is what happens on ebay. Very dishonest seller!!!.

Great choice. Good value on many products. Quick delivery. Yet to test how good the customer services is; maybe I will never have too!

Google search provided a link for the item I wanted. This was in the shopping suggestions and gave a direct link to the SDJ sports website.
The item was a 1/48th scale SR71 Blackbird model kit at £58.99.
I went to checkout. On the final page before confirming the payment a small message was displayed that said that the delivery options had changed. They remained the same, BUT the model price had changed to £75.99.
Luckily I noticed this and immediately left the site. This is very dubious in my opinion. The price definitely changed during the checkout process AFTER I had entered all my details including payment. BEWARE!
