The place to go for good advice to get the right equipment (especially running shoes) for you.
Very knowledgeable staff, not pushy for sales. On a few occasions the advice I was given was not to buy because the shoe didn't fit well enough and to return when the new range came in. I returned and the new range fitted so much better and I got some super comfy running shoes. This is what you want if you want to enjoy your sport proper advice.

Excellent customer and fitting service.
I was able to take the trainers back and swap them no problem. I had worn them in the house for 2 days but wasn't convinced they were right for me. ( I have problem feet!) Refunds are not available but you can get a credit note. Will buy there again.

Staffed by a family of experts with an incredible levelof customer service, I don't think I've ever been in a better sports store.

I went in to after wasting weeks in London trying to find the most awkward of shoes; a half size, wide, with arch support.

Not only did their stock include these, but they had a wide range I could try on. The staff member spent about 50 minutes with us relentlessly trying to get the best fit for me, even pulling in other colleagues to get their opinion on some frimge cases.

Thanks to his hard work, I've ended up with the first set of trainers to fit me properly in the last 4 years.

I cannot reccomend this store enough.

Unbelievable service! I was looking for running shoes, going in totally clueless, and it took a LOT of trying pairs on (15 pairs???) to find me the right pair (I wouldn't have had a clue!)

Fantastic service and knowledge - I walked out with a new (and perfect) pair of trainers within 10 minutes. I cannot recommend enough, all the staff were fantastic and so helpful.

Disappointing experience considering the positive reviews. I was essentially told the product I wanted was pointless without being asked what I even wanted them for. I left feeling patronised.

My first visit to the store was recently to check out the running trainers. A young man helped me by assessing my running and selecting a great range of trainers. I could then try these shoes on the runner. I have been a runner for many years (40) and so have purchased many trainers in a range of stores but I will use Warwick sports event time from now on. The level of knowledge and product range are excellent and to have all this in a small high street shop is so refreshing. The trainers I now have are simply the best I have had for many years and were far from the most expensive. Thank you Warwick Sports
